At Dar Alahram Tourism, we value our customers and strive to provide excellent travel services with transparency and fairness.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for bookings made through www.dar-alahram.com or directly with our travel consultants.

1. General Policy

All bookings made through Dar Alahram Tourism are subject to the specific terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.
Our ability to process cancellations or refunds depends on those third-party policies.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to dat-tourism@outlook.com.

  • Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of booking and how close to the travel date the cancellation is made.

  • Some services (such as promotional fares, special packages, or last-minute deals) may be non-refundable.

  • Airline tickets, once issued, may be subject to the airline’s cancellation or change fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed only after receiving written cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take up to 30 working days, depending on supplier and bank timelines.

  • Service charges, bank fees, and supplier cancellation fees are non-refundable.

4. Amendments and Rebooking

  • Requests for changes (such as date modifications or name corrections) are treated as amendments and may incur additional charges depending on airline or supplier rules.

  • Approval of amendments is subject to availability and the terms of each service provider.

5. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to appear for a booked service (flight, hotel, or tour) without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Suppliers consider a no-show as a full cancellation with 100% penalty.

6. Cancellation by Dar Alahram Tourism

In rare cases where Dar Alahram Tourism must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (such as supplier insolvency or force majeure events), customers will be:

  • Offered an alternative arrangement of equal value, or

  • Entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

7. Force Majeure

Dar Alahram Tourism shall not be liable for refunds or compensation if travel services are disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, airline strikes, or government regulations.
